CNC Machining
Precision machining,
built to spec.
From prototypes to production components, manufacture complex parts with engineering-grade precision.
No public prices: every part is quoted by an engineer from your model and drawing.

Accuracy
What the drawing can ask for.
- General tolerance
- ISO 2768-m · ISO 2768-f · Tighter than ISO 2768-f
- Surface roughness
- Ra 3.2 µm · Ra 1.6 µm · Ra 0.8 µm
- Tighter than that
- Call it out on the drawing and an engineer will confirm it
- Inspection
- Dimensional report on request

Design review
Designed for the way it’s made.
Use this checklist before you send your drawing. Our engineers review the details that affect fit, finish and manufacturing.
01Upload a STEP file
Machined parts are quoted from the exact solid, so send STEP, IGES or BREP where you can. A mesh has no true circles or flat faces to measure — the same file can still be 3D printed.
02Holes that can be drilled
Holes under 0.8 mm can't be drilled. Holes deeper than ten times their diameter are gun-drilling, and go to an engineer.
03Round internal corners
A round cutter leaves a radius in every internal corner. Square corners are pointed out, and corners tighter than 0.75 mm are flagged.
04Reachable features
Pockets deeper than eight cutter diameters, undercuts and freeform surfaces are flagged, and so is a part that needs four setups or more.
05Tolerances and threads
ISO 2768-m applies when your drawing says nothing. Anything tighter, and any tapped thread, is checked by an engineer and quoted.
06Send the drawing too
Add a PDF or DXF drawing with your STEP and its tolerances are the ones we make to.
How it works
From CAD to machined part
- 01
Upload CAD
A STEP model, with a PDF or DXF drawing for tolerances, threads and finishes.
- 02
Specify
Material, quantity, tolerance, surface finish and when you need the parts.
- 03
Engineering review
An engineer checks manufacturability and asks about anything unclear.
- 04
Quotation
Price, lead time and terms — accept it online, or ask for changes.
- 05
Machining & inspection
Made to your drawing and inspected before packing.
- 06
Delivery
Shipped with tracking, a GST invoice and any reports you asked for.
